FFA goes to the Capital

FFA mentor Jim Kocherer took students to the capital for agriculture awareness day at the capital on Thursday, March 24. Students included Senior treasure Chris Alama,  Alex Pahl, Jessica Mcmullen, Spencer Wilson, Sara Kay Grossnickle.

While at the capital, students got to meet the local representative Bruce Anderson. Plus the students watched a live floor debate. One of the biggest reasons for taking a trip to the capital is so that under classmen such as freshmen and sophmores is for them to experience it for themselves. They are learning about it in history classes so they will be able to experience it.
