One Act is one of many theater activities offered

One Act is one of many theater activities offered at BHS.
In One Act, teams select a play to depict and then compact it into a brief, 35 minute act.

Today, BHS hosted the sectional competition for One Act, and our very own production, The Women of Lockerbie, got first and is now heading to state!

Tonight was an intense game for the Buffalo boys b

Tonight was an intense game for the Buffalo boys basketball team as they went against one of their biggest rivals of the season, Wayzata.
For most of the game, both teams were equally matched, until the game eventually concluded with a Wayzata win in overtime. The final score was 97-96.
Good job, boys basketball! 🦬

Music listening is an activity where teams of stud

Music listening is an activity where teams of students study the extensive history of music and how it’s changed over time.
They then compete against other schools in rounds of both written trivia and listening tests.

Today was the regional competition for music listening, where BHS sent four teams to Coon Rapids Highschool to compete!
All teams did exceptionally well!

Yesterday, over 150 BHS students banded together and took part in a peaceful walkout in protest of ICE raids and recent activity in the cities.
For this video, we interviewed some of the participants and asked them some of their thoughts. 🦬

Today during fourth hour, roughly 150 BHS students

Today during fourth hour, roughly 150 BHS students banded together and organized a peaceful walkout in protest of ICE raids and recent events in the Twin Cities.
The walkout consisted of one lap around the school, with a brief stop outside of the football field. In total, it lasted around 20 minutes. 🦬

Last night was opening night for Buffalo Highschoo

Last night was opening night for Buffalo Highschool’s production of Highschool Musical.
The show features a large ensemble comprised completely of BHS underclassmen (grades 9-10).
If you missed it yesterday and were hoping to attend, the final performance is tonight at 7pm in Discovery Auditorium! Tickets are priced at $5 and are available at the door, or can be bought online at the Buffalo Music Booster’s website.
Make sure to attend to support BHS theater! 🦬
