Next year’s 9th graders

The first day of school next year, there will be 425 new freshman coming into Buffalo High school. The first day of high school is a turning point in a lot of kid’s life’s. Teachers and administrators are excited for this day every year. Registration for classes for freshman was last Tuesday.

“Parent nights like registration night, are good first steps for freshman, it’s exciting, a new opportunity for kid’s coming in high school,” said Principal Mark Mischke.

April 30th, 2010, is an impact retreat at the high school for next year’s 9th graders. Boys go in the morning and girls go in the afternoon. There are guest speakers, activities and ends with a tour. It’s supposed to be a good transition into high school for future freshman. Next year will start and it will be a whole new life for a class of students.
