He is actually has been hiding out in Buffalo for the past 40 years because the FBI is looking for the “mad bomber” and now that they are closing in on him he plans to take it on the lam. He will change his identity and surface somewhere else like Costa Rica as a scuba diving instructor or something. Of course he will sneak back and do driver’s ed and coach his hurdlers cuz he needs to money to invest in disguises.
