Today’s lunch of chicken teriyaki chicken rice bowl is a new school favorite, but a recent survey of BHS students shows it doesn’t quite make the best of the best list.
“I love the salad bar line,” said Junior Kari Laplant. “Their turkey sandwiches taste just like Arby’s.”

“Chicken patty is definitely our most popular lunch,” said food service assistant Nancy Allen. “So we try to serve it at least once a week. We don’t make the popcorn chicken as much but when we do we have it in both lines because it’s in such high demand.”
Other high ranking lunches are cheesy bread sticks, quesadillas, teriyaki chicken rice bowl, chicken caesar salad and mashed potatoes with turkey gravy and popcorn chicken.
