What happened to the dressing?

There has been a new change in the lunchroom which makes students and teachers have to pay to put the schools dressings on lunches brought from home. Instead of having the dressing cart located in the cafeteria it is now next to the lunch lines and is closely watched by a food service worker.

“I don’t like [the new change],” said sophomore Jack Freitag. “I don’t get why it matters if I use the dressing or not, and if I forget to get it in the lunch line then it turns into a proccess just to go back and get it.”

“We can’t have people who bring their own lunch to school using [the dressing],” said Food Service Assistant Katie Lohse. “It’s in here so it’s with all of the lunches and so we can watch it.”

Why did we make this change? “We buy [the dressing],” said Food Service Manager Lynnette Neumann. “There were so many people using it who didn’t buy a school lunch that we had to make the change.”
