Do you have a New Year Resolution?

Many people make a New Year Resolution. Some people follow through and do it, but others give up because they get to busy. One of the most common New Year resolutions is getting back in shape or loosing weight. But it also can be one of the hardest ones to keep because it is hard to make time in the day to get active.

“I need to loose 25 pounds,” said Activity Director Tom Baumann, “just for my health, not for my appearance, I think everybody should take care of their health.”

Other people make New Year resolutions to get them self to do something that just keeps getting pushed back in their schedule.

“I will try to finish the scarf that I am knitting for my grandma,” said Junior Caitlyn Holm.
